Sizer 2020The Canadian edition of the WoodWorks® Sizer program has been updated to comply with the 2020 National Building Code of Canada. The changes include serviceability load combination factors from Table 4.1.3.4, and the addition of a user-specified sustained live load contribution to CLT creep deflection (4.2.3.4.(5)). The live loads for storage and fluids previously called “Sustained live” have been renamed “Live storage”.
With WoodWorks® Sizer, size beams, joists, columns, wall studs and panels constructed from lumber, timber, glulam, structural composite lumber (LSL, LVL, PSL), steel (W and HSS), wood I-joists and CLT.
